It was established to support and accelerate restructuring processes and create new jobs in the region.<br \/>\n<strong>The Zone consists of four sub-zones:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Gliwicka,<br \/>\n\u2022 Jastrz\u0119bsko-\u017borska,<br \/>\n\u2022 Sosnowiecko-D\u0105browska,<br \/>\n\u2022 Tyska.<br \/>\nThe Katowicka Special Economic Zone covers the entire \u015al\u0105skie Province and six districts in the Opolskie Province: Strzelecki, K\u0119dzierzy\u0144sko-Kozielski, G\u0142ubczycki, Krapkowicki, Oleski and Prudnicki.<br \/>\nThis means that the company Katowicka SSA S.A. can issue support decisions in this entire area.<br \/> A&nbsp;special economic zone is a&nbsp;legally separate area with regulations allowing entrepreneurs to benefit from income tax exemptions.<br \/>\nAn income tax exemption constitutes public aid for a&nbsp;new investment project.<br \/>\nDetailed information on income tax exemption opportunities can be found in the following downloadable presentations:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/kkpp.pl\/centrum-obslugi-inwestora\/wspolpraca-z-ksse\/ksez_kedzierzynkozle_2024-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3493\">KSEZ_KedzierzynKozle_2024<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Cooperation with the Katowicka Special Economic Zone The company Katowicka SSE S.A. was incorporated on the basis of the regulation of the Council of Ministers of 18 June 1996.
