The holding consists of six companies:

JPM Holding S.A. offers leasing services and rents industrial space.
Together with its subsidiaries, it specialises in offering comprehensive services for companies that run a business in its Industrial Area. The Area is perfect for investment, since it is a complex of buildings with industrial technical infrastructure. In the area of circa 400ha, almost 60 companies are active, mainly petrochemical production plants, coal-derivatives production plants, plastics processing companies, concentrate production plants, as well as machinery and apparatus manufacturing plants. Apart from typical production plants, there are also companies that offer services and consulting. The Area has good infrastructure – it has all basic power supply services, a network of roads, its own rail siding connected with the Polish Railways network; it is situated on the junction of a few important transport routes of national and international significance. It has a connection with the A4 motorway, as well as with sea harbours through Oder canals close to the Area and an inland port on the Oder situated several kilometres away.
