Kędzierzyńsko-Kozielski Park Przemysłowy Sp. z o.o. (Kędzierzyn-Koźle Industrial Park Ltd; Polish abbreviation: KKPP) was established based on the agreement concluded on 9 December 2003 by and between the Municipality of Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A., Instytut Ciężkiej Syntezy Organicznej (ICSO), Blachownia Holding S.A. and ICSO Chemical Production Sp. z o.o. The Municipality of Kędzierzyn-Koźle is the majority shareholder.
The aim of KKPP and the established Investor Service Centre (ISC) is stimulation of the local and regional development through providing support to entrepreneurs in the scope of job creation and also the growth of competitiveness and the social and economic potential of the municipality and the region.
KKPP unites entrepreneurs and creates jobs. Using the investment areas and the local infrastructure it offers a full support and assistance of an investment consultant in the investment process: from offer development, administrative activities to consulting and assistance in seeking business partners.
Owing to infrastructural facilities, KKPP in cooperation with the Municipality of Kędzierzyn-Koźle, offers the base for both technological and product investments. It is a good place to carry out industrial, logistic, services and trade activities on preferential tax treatment, both for national and foreign investors.
KKPP is a multiple winner of the competition ‘Fair Play Company’, in which awards are granted to the companies which operate taking into account ethics, fairness and reliability.
Cooperation with Business-Related Institutions
KKPP cooperates with business-related institutions both at the municipal and national levels owing to which it can make a complete offer to the investors supporting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Business supporting institutions operate based on mediation between administrative processes and market mechanisms. Owing to their competences, resources and facilities they ensure an efficient and professional realization of investment processes.
